As I strolled through the galleries of the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, I was drawn to the floors, and the ways in which the beautiful, shiny tiles reflect the exhibits on display. A parallel reality. The highlights, lines, shadows, and mirror images of sculptures, Judaica, videos, and so on, keeping my eyes—and camera—focused on the ground. I call this series “Artworks of Artworks,” an artful walking experience.
